1. Introduction
These Terms of Use (“Terms”), together with our Privacy Policy (collectively, “Agreement”), govern your access to and use of the Seer website, mobile apps, products, and services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Note: Services are not for users under 18.
We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Use of Services
You may use Services for personal, internal, or permitted business purposes only. Unauthorized use—including resale, data extraction, hacking, or infringing third-party rights—is prohibited.
You warrant that you:
Are over 18 and legally capable;
Comply with all applicable laws;
Provide accurate information;
Will not use Services for illegal, harmful, or offensive purposes.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Some Services are free; others require a One-time payment or Subscription. All payments are non-refundable. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. To cancel, log into your account and follow the cancellation process.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Seer or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission. Some content may include open-source software under its own license.
5. Third-Party Services
Certain functionality may include third-party services (e.g., Google Maps, APIs). Your use of these services is governed by their terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Services are provided “as is” without warranties. Seer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, except in cases of death, personal injury, or fraud.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Seer and its affiliates for claims arising from your use of Services, violation of Terms, third-party rights infringement, or illegal activities.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in the Philippines, except for qualifying small claims or if you opt out within 30 days of acceptance. Arbitration is individual only; class actions are waived.
Confidentiality: Arbitration details are confidential except as required by law or to enforce rights.
Before arbitration or court proceedings, you must notify Seer and attempt negotiation.
